At Yubaris, we focus on maximizing the use of natural and nature-derived ingredients in our formulations. However, our products are not 100% natural. Some ingredients, though originally sourced from nature, undergo processing that makes them no longer fully natural.

Are Yubaris products dermatologically tested?
While many of our products are tested for safety, not all of them are dermatologically tested at this stage. We are continuously working towards expanding this across our range.
Are Yubaris products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our formulations are created to be gentle and skin-friendly. However, as not all products are dermatologically tested, we recommend conducting a patch test before full application—especially if you have sensitive skin.
Are Yubaris products safe for children?
Yubaris products are formulated for adults and are not recommended for children under the age of 5. For children above 5, we suggest doing a patch test and consulting a dermatologist before use.

Shipping & Order FAQs
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We ship only within India.
How long does delivery take?
• Metro cities: 5–7 working days
• Other cities: 8–9 working days
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–3 working days from the date of order placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Where can I view my past orders?
Log into your account and visit the “My Orders” section to view order history and status.
Will I be charged for shipping?
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout based on your order value and location.
Why is there an extra charge for Cash on Delivery (COD)?
An additional handling fee is applicable for COD orders to cover logistics costs. We encourage prepaid orders for a smoother experience.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can request changes or cancellations only before the order is shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Can I update my address or contact details after placing an order?

Where can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is dispatched. You can also find this in the “My Orders” section if you created an account during checkout.
Why is my order arriving in parts?
Some items may be shipped separately due to stock location or packaging logistics.

Returns, Exchanges & Damages
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for unused, unopened items within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us with your order ID to initiate a return.
Can I exchange a product?
We offer exchanges only for items damaged in transit or if a wrong item was delivered. Please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving your order.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
