At Yubaris, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare and haircare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product is opened or used.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
You received the wrong product.
The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
The product is unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
To be eligible:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide unboxing video or photos as proof.
Return the item within 7 days from the delivery date.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Opened, used, or tampered products.
Items bought during sales or promotions.
Free samples or gifts.
3. Refunds
If your return is approved:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
For COD orders, you will be asked to provide bank details for the refund.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been packed or shipped. To cancel, contact us at info@yubaris.in with your order details.
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible, initiate a return and place a new order separately.
