1. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–3 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with tracking details.

2. Delivery Timeline

We currently ship across India.

Metro Cities: 5–7 working days

Other Cities: 8–9 working days

Remote Areas: May take longer depending on courier service availability

Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or festive surges.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: Free on all prepaid orders above ₹499

Orders below ₹499: Flat shipping fee of ₹49

COD (Cash on Delivery): Additional handling charge of ₹50

5. Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order.

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unavailability at the time of delivery, it will be returned to us.

Re-shipping may incur an additional charge.

6. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
